It’s simple! We come to your property before your scheduled collection day and roll your bins to the curb. After pickup, we return the next day and bring your bins back to their original spot. You never have to touch them. Service runs automatically every week unless you request a pause.

Residential service starts at $49/month. Commercial service is $100/month. There are no long-term contracts and you can cancel at any time.

No! We operate on a simple month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime with 5 days’ notice before your next billing date.

We currently service Beamsville, Grimsby, Lincoln, Vineland, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and surrounding Niagara Region communities. Not sure if we cover your location? Just give us a call or send us a message and we’ll let you know right away.

During signup, you’ll let us know where your bins are located - whether that’s the side of your house, backyard, driveway or inside your garage. If your bins are in a garage or behind a locked gate, there’s a section in the signup form where you can securely provide access codes. This information is kept secure and confidential and will only be accessed by our service team to retrieve your bins on collection days.

Just give us at least 48' hours notice and we can pause your service while you’re away. Please note that billing continues during paused periods, but we won’t service your bins until you let us know you’re back. This keeps your spot in our schedule reserved for when you return.

We take reliability seriously and service runs rain, snow or shine. However, if we do miss a scheduled service due to our error, we’ll issue a partial refund. Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we’ll make it right.

When municipalities delay collection due to holidays, we’ll adjust our schedule accordingly and notify you of any changes. You won’t be charged extra for holiday schedule adjustments - we handle it all automatically.
